Layout of Euro pallets in containers

“Europallet” is  a special pallet on which a certain load is securely fastened. “Europallets” are designed for the fastest possible transportation and convenient storage of products. They provide reliable protection of goods from deformation and other damage that may occur during their delivery. The design of pallets is constantly being improved, which is due to the requirements of the time. Such goods as: building materials, car chemicals, motor oil, fasteners, household chemicals, packaging materials, etc. are transported in “Europallets”.

When using Euro pallets, we recommend paying attention to the following:

The size of  the Euro pallet  is 800mm x 1,200mm.

A 20-foot container  can hold  11 Euro pallets on the floor  (see figure below).

A 20-foot Pallet Wide container  can hold  14 Euro pallets on the floor  (see the picture below)

A 40-foot container  can hold  23-24 Euro pallets on the floor (see figure below).

A 40-foot HIGH CUBE container  can hold  29 “Euro pallets” on the floor (see figure below).

A 45-foot container  can hold  27″ Euro pallets on the floor (see figure below).

A 45-foot HIGH CUBE container  can be  loaded with 33 “Euro pallets” on the floor  (see figure below).

Wooden pallets must be strong enough to support the weight of three tiers.

Cardboard boxes must not protrude beyond the edges of the pallet.
