Espresso
The high-speed train takes only 20 minutes. In principle, this method can be called the fastest and most convenient, but also the most expensive. The express departs every fifteen minutes from any airport terminal.
Tickets are sold both in special machines on the platform and at the ticket office. The cost of the ticket depends on the age of the passenger. Thus, young people from 18 to 25 years old have to pay 130 SEK, adults – 260 SEK, pensioners – 130 SEK. Children under 17 years old, but only accompanied by an adult, can travel for free.
Tip: it’s better to buy tickets before boarding the train, it will be SEK cheaper!
Bus
This method is also in demand. A comfortable bus runs every quarter of an hour from 5 am to 7 pm and every 40 minutes the rest of the time. Travel time is up to 40 minutes. Fare:
- children (under 15 years old) accompanied by an adult – free of charge;
- teenage (16-25 years old) and pensioner (from 65 years old) ticket – 79 SEK;
- adult ticket – 99 SEK.
Tickets can be purchased on buses, at ticket offices, at vending machines, and online.

Regular train services
If you have enough time, use the regular train services. This is also very convenient, because the train station is located in Sky City (between terminals 4 and 5 of the airport). The main thing is not to make a mistake with the route! You are suitable for:
- Linköping – Stockholm – Gävle train. Travel time is about 20 minutes, ticket price is 95 kroons.
- Pendeltog train to Centralen station. Travel time is 40 minutes. Ticket prices are not much different from bus prices.
Taxi
Are you a fan of this type of transport? Then prepare to spend from 400 to 500 SEK on the road – this is how much ”Taxi 150000” and ”Taxi 020” charge for their services. But the so-called “black taxis” can charge about 1000 SEK for one trip, if not more! Interestingly, the road will cost as much as 50 SEK cheaper!
