In Estonia, the road usage fee is established for all trucks with a mass of more than 3.5 tons traveling on the public road network. Tolls for the use of roads must be paid for trucks registered abroad.

The fee rate depends on the gross weight of the truck and its trailer, the number of axles and the emission class of the truck.
