When going to Slovenia, you should familiarize yourself with the map of toll roads and freeways. Vignettes apply in this country. Until January 31, 2022, a traditional window sticker could be purchased, and from February 1, 2022, only electronic vignettes are valid. However, annual e-vignettes are valid from January 1, 2022. Which vehicles in Slovenia require vignettes?
Slovenia vignette is mandatory for cars and trucks up to 3.5 tons. Motorcycle drivers are also required to purchase a vignette. Slovenia divides the vignettes according to the height of the vehicles. You can also buy at gas stations, but you should return to the route so as not to drive on toll roads without a vignette, as you may be fined.
